Who is the client?

Established in 1999 as an Interiors mail order catalogue, OKA offers an entire range of products for the home, including sofas, upholstered furniture, dining tables and chairs, curtains, storage, beds, headboards and linen, rugs, lighting and so much more, which can be delivered to your home anywhere in the world.

Over the last 14 years, OKA has developed into a multi channel retailer currently operating 11 shops across the United Kingdom alongside a mail order, online and trade service.

What did they want to achieve?

OKA has an overall aim as well as weekly affiliate specific aims that have to be achieved by Silverbean. Budget is available on a regular basis to meet the high targets.

OKA and Silverbean had to be very strategic in their approach to building revenue via this channel, working with fashion and furniture content affiliates as well as some established voucher code and cashback publishers whilst preserving the high-end standard of the OKA brand.

How did we affect performance?

The aim was to focus on specific content sites, to ensure a strong mix of affiliates, alongside the more generic affiliates such as voucher code, cash-back and loyalty sites. As such, Silverbean focused attention on integration to ShopStyle, SheerLuxe and various smaller blogs.

We ensured that potential affiliates have been supplied with all the tools they need to promote the brand, including unique content, specific offers and competitions. The Silverbean also researched and targeted niche affiliates to push traffic and converting them on-site with the help of Yieldify and Ve Interactive technology.

The Results

Since embarking on an affiliate partnership with Oka Direct, Silverbean have delivered a number of impressive increases, including:

Overall revenue uplift in 105.2% over 12 months, with over 12% of online sales generated via the affiliate program.

Revenue via organic channel increased in 70.1% in the 12 months

Direct revenue increased by 178.3% since Analytics Tracking was set in place.

This effect can be seen as an increase in brand awareness generated through affiliates.
