  • ROI increase of 395% compared to Google Ads shopping
  • AOV increase of 15% compared to Google Ads shopping
  • Conversion rate  increase of 171% compared to Google Ads shopping
  • Conversion rate increase of 54% compared to Bing search ads

The key problem:

After a successful trial period bringing the search campaigns over from Google Ads, we were keen to also test shopping campaigns on Bing. Shopping performance on Google has historically been stronger than search, so Godiva was hoping this would be the case for Bing as well.

Who is the client?

Godiva is a Belgian manufacturer of gourmet chocolates and related products. It was founded in 1926, and has been perfecting it’s recipe ever since. Godiva offer a large range of products from luxury truffles to exuberant gift baskets and cocoa-infused coffee.
