As Head of Commercial, Lucy is responsible for driving outstanding client performance across the whole agency. She also oversees our marketing strategy, aligning our agency messaging with our position as a high-performance agency.
She specialises in delivering excellent client experience, understanding consumers and translating insight into marketing tactics.
Lucy uses her background in FMCG and thorough grounding in the latest marketing approaches to work with clients including Clarks, Newcastle Building Society, HelloFresh, Formica and Carlisle Brass.
Before joining the Silverbean team in 2015, Lucy worked in innovation and social media research, working with brands such as Unilever and Coca-Cola. She spent a portion of her career in New York, managing accounts with General Motors and NBC.
Lucy saved the ‘Can of Coke’.
