Neil is the man behind Silverbean. He built the agency up from a two-man band back in 2002, to today’s ever-growing, multi-channel sales acceleration agency. Silverbean is a home to brilliant, creative and ambitious people, and we’re proud to have roster of clients jam-packed with impressive names.
Neil develops our strategic direction as an agency, ensuring that we continually create and implement innovative strategies as well as deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Our Heads of Service are responsible for running their department. They need to effectively manage their teams, be responsible for delivering client results, constantly improving processes and grow their service.
Our Heads are our most experienced people. Some of our Heads have over 15 years of experience in digital and are responsible for making Silverbean the success it is today.
We have two types of senior staff at Silverbean.
Senior Managers are responsible for managing individuals within their service team. They are experts in their chosen service and have a knowledge of all things digital. Heads rely on their Seniors to implement new ideas within the teams to oversee career progression within their service.
The sole purpose of Senior Consultants is to be experts in their chosen field. They are responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies that result in accelerated sales and enhanced digital performance for our clients.
Managers are experienced Silverbean staff who oversee strategy development tactical delivery within their area of specialism.
Consultants usually have a number of years’ experience in their field, including hands-on experience with running client accounts. They are responsible for expanding their knowledge and sharing their wisdom with the team.
Our Executives and Juniors have either just started their career in digital or are looking to learn more about successful sales acceleration campaigns. Luckily for us, we have a number of eager, passionate and savvy people who know Silverbean is the place to be to learn all things digital.
An Executive’s role focuses on tactical delivery for our clients, supporting the wider Silverbean team in developing and implementing the right strategies for our clients campaigns.
