What did we implement?

Everyone dreads reporting week, even more so if your company has a suite of websites. Some of our clients have over 20!

We had a think about how can we could be helpful and ease the dread of report week, and this resulted in us creating an automated reporting process that frees up internal resource for our clients.

We deliver these on the 1st of every month and produce ad hoc pieces of reporting throughout the month to help support our clients’ ever evolving needs.

Why is it important to have...

Having to pull the data for each individual report takes a lot of resource. Having reports that are automated gives our clients more time to analyse the data and draw more useful insight from the data collected, it also improves consistency and removes human error.

After all, it’s all well and good having reams of data, however it only becomes useful when we have the proper time to analyse it.

Automated reporting also means that we can create visualisations and bespoke reports for any specific campaigns that clients are running.
