Lucy Topping

Affiliate Marketing Manager
Sass life. Always.

Lucy loves Silverbean so much she left and returned two years later, following a mega successful stint at cult fashion label, Missguided in Manchester. When joining us back in 2012, fresh from Uni, Lucy took up the role of Affiliate Marketing Exec, however upon her return to the homeland with her wealth of experience, she’s been promoted to to Affiliate Marketing Manager. Boy, it’s good to have her back!

Putting her sassy knowledge of fast-fashion (and her penchant for the finer things in life!) to good use, Lucy has been put to work on client campaigns for Pink Boutique, Charlotte Tilbury, Glamorous and Godiva, imparting her knowledge of face-paced affiliate campaigns to grow performance and build connections with the right publishers at the right time.

Fashion has always been her first love, and after bagging a First Class Honours degree in Fashion Communication from Northumbria University, alongside freelance fashion journalism for a number of publications, she made the leap to join Silverbean. Her clients back then included Astley Clarke, Wolf&Badger and Lulu Guinness, so she’s blessed with a heck of a lot of knowledge in all that she loves.

Such knowledge, however, has bred a costly addiction to designer labels (she openly admits to spending the equivalent of a decent house deposit on designer bags – oops!) and a QUITE the shopping habit, but let’s just call it research – right? In other news, Lucy has a pooch called Forest (yes, as in Gump!).

Did you know?

Lucy’s middle name is ‘Sioux’, after the Native American tribe. That’s what having an archaeologist for a Dad gets you.

Working at Silverbean:

I’m getting to work with some great brands and am focusing on developing an on-going affiliate strategy for them which is really exciting. Aside from the work aspect, it’s been a fantastic team to join, with a super fun social side and a relaxed working environment packed with perks. It's good to be back!"

#1 item on bucket list:

I don’t really have a bucket list, but I do want to be able to fluently speak French one day and I have to visit Toyko at some point in my life.
